    About

    I am a PMP certified project manager (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master, and has 19 years of experience as a project manager in many sectors and a total of 26 years experience in the IT industry.

    My strengths are; a clear leadership with strong focus on the target, the ability to transfer customer expectations to realistic requirements and getting the project to constantly work structured to meet the priority requirements

    AFRY AB was about to introduce a new ERP system (IFS Applications from IFS), which will replace the old time reporting and financial system and make sure all companies within ÅF works a one,

      The project team I was working with consisted of about 20 resources.
      Due to the size of the project IFS assigned two project managers. I was primarily responsible for following up deliveries, issues resolving and financials.

    Preem was about to introduce a new ERP system (M3 from Infor), replace the old financial system and to get rid of the mainframe machine. Due to the size of the project Infor assigned two project managers. I was responsible for the construction; deliveries, issue resolving and CR management.

      The project team I was working with consisted of about 20 resources.

    Polygon wanted to replace its old service management system for field technician with Field Service Management(FSM) from IFS and upgrade IFS Application to version 8 in two pilot countries and then roll out the solution in 8 countries. I was the project manager for the supplier IFS, and was responsible for developing the pilot and to roll it out in the countries.

      The project team I was responsible for consisted of about 20 resources.

    Dahl AB in Sweden shall together with Br Dahl in Norway and Br Dahl in Denmark upgrade their version of the ERP system Movex to latest version of Infor M3. The purpose of the upgrade is to: upgrade the system to the latest version; develop a common platform for the three countries; and develop common business processes in the three countries. I was the project manager for the supplier (Merit) and were responsible for software installation and performance, design and development of business processes and changes; and migration of data from previous system.

      The project team I was responsible for consisted of 15 – 23 FTE.

    Apoteket were replacing their IT systems, i.e. financial, warehouse management, retail systems, etc. and as a result they also needed new systems for decision support, financial reporting, retail follow up and budgeting and forecast applications. The solution for this was developed using Oracle BI and EPM products; by configuring default applications and by custom developed solutions for data warehouse and reporting. I was the project manager responsible for vendor resources and for ensuring that the business highest priority requirements were introduced in the solution, that they were tested and rolled out into production on time and on budget.

      The team I was responsible for consisted of 8-12 FTE.

    Lantmännen was about to upgrade its ERP system for handling of orders, purchasing, inventory, production, distribution and finance. The purpose of the upgrade was to enable future improvements of processes and functionality, which required the Lawson M3 ERP system to be upgraded to the latest version. I was the project manager and was responsible for the vendor Lawson resources; and to completed the upgrade of the ERP system on time and on budget. It was also important that the upgrade was done with minimal disruption to production; the project upgraded all sites in three countries simultaneously in a three days period.

      The development team I was responsible for consisted of 7-10 FTE.

    Ikea Swedwood needed to replace their maintenance system for its manufacturing machines worldwide, and therefore appointed a feasibility study to examine which system support that would fit best. In this work, I was responsible for developing a proposed solution and project structure based on the Lawson M3 ERP system, and to present this to Ikea.

      The team for the feasibility study that I was responsible for consisted of 5 resources.
